Penn Badgley and his wife, Domino Kirk, made a glowing appearance at the red carpet premiere of You Season 5 in New York City — and the spotlight was all on Kirke’s radiant baby bump.
The 38-year-old actor, known for his chilling role in Netflix’s hit series You, attended the star-studded event at The Plaza Hotel on April 23, accompanied by his 41-year-old wife, musician and doula Domino Kirke. The couple turned heads for their style and the exciting update on their growing family — they’re expecting twins!
Kirke stunned in a vibrant red gown with flowing sleeves and a beautifully draped skirt that highlighted her baby bump, while Badgley sported a classic light brown suit with a coordinated tie, giving fans a glimpse of his off-screen charm.
Expecting Double the Joy
The couple first shared their pregnancy news in February 2025 with a sweet Instagram post featuring photobooth snapshots — one showing Badgley and their 4-year-old son James tenderly kissing Kirke’s belly. The post included the hashtag #monoditwins, a term referring to monochorionic diamniotic twins — identical twins that share one placenta but have separate amniotic sacs.
This will be the couple’s second and third child together. In addition to their son James, Domino has a 16-year-old son, Cassius, from a previous relationship with musician Morgan O’Kane.

Earlier that day, Badgley sat down for a candid chat on the Call Her Daddy podcast, where he opened up about the emotional experience of preparing for twin fatherhood.
“As an only child, seeing them together in the sonogram was incredibly moving,” he said. “There was one image where they looked like they were just relaxing in a hot tub — it was wild.”
Kirke, who has been open about her pregnancy journey, previously described the twin news as “a total surprise” and joked, “It’s like twin pregnancy is written all over my face — it’s my new resting face.”
