And the 7 days will fly by before you even know it. There’s a lot to see of Thailand, and even 7 days might not be enough to experience every beautiful sight and experience the country has to offer. So if you have more than a weekend to explore all of Thailand, take the chance to follow this short itinerary that will also allow you to chill as much as you want to.

Budget trip.

Your 7 days in Thailand will be spent in groups of days. You’ll start with 2 Days in Pattaya, spend 3 days in and around Phuket, and finally come back to spend 2 Days in Bangkok.

Day 1:

  1. Land in Bangkok
  2. Take a bus to Pattaya, and check in at your accommodation.
  3. Walking Street: Thailand’s most famous street, the Walking Street is where the party is at. It’s a hub for entertainment and nightlife.

Day 2:

  1. KohLarn Island: Take a ferry from Bali Hai Pier in Pattaya to KohLarn Island. Stunning beaches, crystal-clear waters, and a charming island vibe that will captivate your senses.
  2. Tiffany’s Show: Welcome to Tiffany’s Show, an award-winning transgender cabaret show that’s been in operation since 1974. And now you get to enjoy it from your seat in the audience.
  3. Pattaya Beach: On the second and last day in Pattaya, we visit what Pattaya is infamous for. It’s beautiful beaches. The stunning, blue waters, the thrill-inducing water sports, the boat rides, the stalls and the people manning them.

Day 3: Get ready for a relaxing day.

  1. Luxury Massage: Pattaya is a Thai massage paradise. Get a full-body tune-up complete with healing and relaxation in a Pattaya luxury spa resort. 
  2. Take a bus to Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok, and fly to Phuket.

Day 4:

  1. Phi Phi Islands: This tropical paradise can only be explored through a boat trip around the archipelago and The Jungle Trek. The boat trip is unmissable and it will take you from between clusters of small islands. The jungle trek includes 4 viewpoints, mangrove, old Phi Phi Village, sea cave, secret bay. You end your day with a cocktail by the secret beach while watching the sunset.
  2. PiLeh Lagoon and Maya Bay: If you have off-the-boat snorkeling in your bucket list, you should book the boat through PiLeh Lagoon and Maya Bay. The trick is to visit during the early morning, at around 6 AM, in order to avoid the crowds and other tourist boats.

Day 5:

  1. James Bond Island: Start your day with an early boat trip to James Bond Island for stunning views of the limestone cliffs and photo ops.
  2. Hong Beach: Head to Hong beach for swimming and snorkeling. Enjoy a beachside lunch or a packed picnic lunch on the beach.
  3. Patong Beach: Explore the vibrant nightlife of Patong Beach and the local shops for some shopping and grab dinner at a beachside restaurant.

Day 6:

  1. Old Phuket town: Wander through the charming streets, admiring the colorful Sino-Portuguese architecture, vibrant street art, shops. Don’t miss out on trying local specialties like Hokkien noodles or curry at quaint cafes and restaurants that line the alleys.
  2. Take a bus back to Bangkok.
  3. Platinum Mall: Dive into yet another shopping spree at the mall. Explore the numerous stalls and boutiques filled with trendy clothes, accessories, and unique finds.

Day 7:

  1. Grand Palace; Begin your day exploring its stunning architecture and intricate details.
  2. Wat Arun: Take a short boat ride across the river to Wat Arun and admire its impressive temple structure. 
  3. Reclining Buddha: Visit the Reclining Buddha at Wat Pho, the giant golden statue. Wrap up your day with a relaxing meal nearby or a stroll through the vibrant streets of Bangkok.
